Job Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machines that support production.
• Maintain and support 5S initiatives throughout the facility.
• Support and adhere to a safe culture by following all safety rules, supporting safety initiatives, and communicating opportunities for improvement through near misses, and Kaizen.
• Learn and operate multiple operations and rotate between different operations throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of operations, equipment, and facility.
• Following the process by correctly labeling and moving products.
• Inspecting products correctly to ensure quality products are being delivered to customers.
• Working in a fast-paced environment completing repetitive tasks.
• Notify the group leader of defective material, equipment, or tools that hinder the process.
• Participate in projects and work with others to provide solutions to opportunities and drive improvement and efficiency.
• Comply with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to make repetitive motions involving twisting, turning, and bending.
• Able to stand for long period of time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Driven to want good results in work.
• Ability to be at work every day and on time.
• Want to support customer by providing good work.
• Be positive and accept changes when they happen.
• Enjoy working with others as well as by yourself.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a valid ID.
