  • Plan by working with the planning group continuously throughout the day, booking as much freight as possible in advance.
  • Proactively identify potential service failures and work with planning and dispatch to remedy issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding status updates as required by customers and provide solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Enter data into the track and trace system accurately and completely
  • Understand and actively work with customer-issued ratings to improve customer service and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide coaching and training to develop the customer service staff.
  • Dependable attendance
  • Ensure all drivers are trained and utilizing their PeopleNet properly.
  • Proactive communication to 3PL on any route delays.
