Dependable Forklift drivers w/strong work ethic, 1st and 2nd shift

We are hiring experienced forklift drivers with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, the ability to follow a 5s standard, and a good attendance history for a fast-paced company leading the industry. Would you like to work for a company that can offer growth opportunities?

We need forklift drivers for 1st shift & 2nd shift:

1st shift -Monday to Friday, 6:15 am to 3:30 pm or until work is done. Weekend needs possible. Raise given after 90 days and at one year! Orientation for the first week is from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm and is mandatory the first week.

2nd shift – Monday to Friday, 5:15 pm to 2:30 am or until work is done. Weekend needs possible. Raise given after 90 days and at one year! Orientation is mandatory from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm for the first week.

We offer a $300 bonus after 45 days

  • Using a sit-down forklift to load and unload palletized freight
  • Work and understand using the 5s standard put in place.
  • Using an RF Scanner to create the WMS update upon IB and OB
  • Shrink Wrap skids if needed.
  • Read freight labels to match up to the manifest and identify the shipper and consignee.
  • Work as a team to complete an organizational goal.
  • Count using basic math to identify the number of parts on a skid.
  • Operating under all safety instructions regarding OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one-year of forklift experience
  • Understand and follow 5s standards.
  • Good attendance
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free workplace
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to learn and use RF Scanner and warehouse WMS technology
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Ability to do basic math
  • Ability to read labels and manifests
  • Ability to lift to 50 Lbs.
  • Ability to walk in circles while shrink-wrapping parts on a pallet
